This property is approximately a 10 minute stroll into the town of Pernera where you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars for all ages and a choice of supermarkets. A further 5 minutes on from here is a small water park and all beaches in Pernera provide water sports and a haven for relaxation.

Only a 5 minute drive or bus journey is the popular resort of Protaras and a further 15 minutes is the legendary resort of Ayia Napa.
