Joanna Randall has been a hairdresser for 23 years, originally starting her career at Drys International Salon in London and progressing into colour specialism with top brand names such as L'Oreal and Wella. Joanna then went on to master advanced techniques incutting with Tony & Guy in their Academy n London.

Through the course of her career she has also carried out extensive work with both formal and informal hair 'take ups'.

In 1998 Joanna became the manager of Vittorio's having successfully worked there for 4 years prior, under her new role she took the salon into a more fashionable and 'trend driven' direction. The name was soon changed to Capelli at the suggestion of the existing client base who felt the name would relate more to the new identity of the salon.

Having achieved so much in her field Joanna took the leap to move to Cyprus for a change of pace and lifestyle giving her more quality time with her husband and young daughter Ruby. Spotting a gap int he market for high quality, professional hair styling Joanna was inspired to launch her own salon in Pernera called 'Rubie Reds' which officially opened its doors on the 7th of April 2009.
